Terms of Service

Research only, paper only. The rules for using TrenchBrain.

Effective date: 2026-09-30

01Who we are and what you agree to

TrenchBrain (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs trenchbrain.com. When you sign in or use the site, you (“you”) agree to these Terms of Service. You also agree to our Software and Tools Licence (the EULA), our Return and Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. Together they are the whole agreement between you and us. If you do not agree, do not use TrenchBrain.

02What TrenchBrain is

TrenchBrain is a paid research and education service for people who trade memecoins. It reads chat rooms, streams, posts and wallets, and shows you what is moving, who is in it and what happened next. It also gives you a paper book to practise in, and Ask, where you type a question and get a written answer built from what we have collected. Access is a monthly membership sold through Whop ($499 a month at the time of writing; the price at checkout is the price you pay).

03Paper trading only

Every trade on TrenchBrain is simulated. We do not place, route or touch real orders. We never hold your money, coins, wallets or keys, and we will never ask you for them. A paper fill is a practice number: a real market can fill you differently, or not at all. Paper results do not promise what you would have made with real money.

04Not financial advice

Nothing on TrenchBrain is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. It is research and education. What people say is their view, not a call: when we show a post, a stream, a room message or a wallet’s buy, we are showing what happened, not telling you to follow it. Memecoins can go to zero in minutes and you can lose everything you put in. You decide what to do, with your own money, at your own risk. Talk to a licensed professional about your own situation.

05What other people say

TrenchBrain quotes and links things other people wrote, said or did: posts on X, what streamers say live, messages from chat rooms, and on-chain wallet activity. We did not write it, we do not check all of it, and we do not stand behind it. It can be wrong, out of date, a joke, a shill or a lie. Wallet activity comes from public blockchains. Names and labels we put on wallets can be wrong. The name of a group on TrenchBrain does not mean that group backs us or that we back them. Do your own research before you act on any of it.

06Ask and AI-written answers

Ask uses an AI model run by a third party to write answers from what we have collected. AI answers can be wrong, can leave things out, and can sound sure when they should not. Check the sources shown against the originals before you rely on an answer. An Ask answer is research, not advice. Do not type anything into Ask that you want kept private: your question, and the earlier turns of that chat, are sent to the AI provider, as the Privacy Policy explains. We may limit how many questions you can ask.

07Prices and data as-is

Prices, charts, feeds, rankings, counts and every other number on TrenchBrain come from public sources and our own processing. They are provided as they are and as available, with no promise that they are accurate, complete or on time. Sources go quiet, lag or disagree. Treat everything as research input, not ground truth, and check a price on the market itself before you trade.

08Your responsibilities and your taxes

  • Do your own research and your own checking (DYOR) before you act on anything here.
  • Follow the laws that apply to you, including rules on trading and reporting where you live.
  • Keep your Whop account secure. What happens under your sign-in is your responsibility.
  • Do not use TrenchBrain to mislead, defraud or hurt anyone.
  • You alone work out and pay any tax on your trading. We do not give tax advice and we do not report to any tax authority.

09Your account and your seat

You sign in with Whop. One membership is one seat, for one person. Do not share your sign-in or your Whop receipt, do not sell or hand out access, and do not scrape, copy in bulk, or use bots or scripts to pull data out of TrenchBrain. If your membership ends, or Whop tells us it has ended, your access closes. You are responsible for signing in with the Whop account that holds your membership; we are not responsible for delays or problems that come from signing in with the wrong one.

10Payment, renewal and refunds

Membership is billed monthly through Whop and renews each month until you cancel. You cancel on Whop, at any time. Whop takes your payment under its own terms; we never see your card. You cover any fees, taxes or currency charges that your bank or Whop adds. All payments are final and we do not issue refunds; cancelling stops the next renewal and your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. The Return and Refund Policy has the detail.

11Age

TrenchBrain is for people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 you may not use it, and we will close any account we find belongs to someone under 18.

12What you may not do

  • Break the law, or use TrenchBrain to mislead, defraud, harass or expose anyone.
  • Scrape, crawl or copy TrenchBrain in bulk, or use bots, scripts or other automation to pull data from it.
  • Share your sign-in, or resell, republish or hand out our feeds, rankings, Ask answers or data.
  • Try to break in, overload TrenchBrain, or get around its limits, sign-in or security.
  • Use TrenchBrain or what it shows to build a competing product or to train an AI model.

13Your content and feedback

What you put into TrenchBrain (your paper book, alerts, saved wallets, settings and Ask questions) stays yours. You give us permission to store it and use it to run the service for you and to keep the service safe, and you confirm you are allowed to give it to us. If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them freely, without paying you or crediting you.

14Ownership

TrenchBrain, its design, software, rankings and the way we put data together belong to us or are licensed to us. What is quoted from other people stays theirs. The EULA says how you may use the software.

15Other companies and links

Some pages link to, or play things from, other companies: Whop for sign-in and billing, Twitch and Kick players, embedded X posts, chart and explorer sites. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them, for what they show, or for whether they are up. If Whop is down, we cannot let you in. The links we place are plain links; none carries a referral code of ours today. If that changes, we will say so next to the link.

16Outages and changes to the service

TrenchBrain can be slow, wrong or down for a while: our servers, our providers, Whop or a data source can fail, and we release updates. We aim to keep it running but promise no uptime. We may change, add or remove features and sources at any time. During an outage, check your Whop membership page for news.

17Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and may tell you on the site or through Whop. If you keep using TrenchBrain after a change, you accept it. If you do not accept a change, cancel on Whop before your next renewal.

18Ending access

You can stop at any time by cancelling on Whop. We can suspend or end your access at any time, including without notice, for example if you break these Terms, if your membership ends, or if we stop running the service. When your access ends, your licence under the EULA ends. The parts of these Terms that by their nature should outlast that (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes) do.

19No warranty

TrenchBrain is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted service.

20Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TrenchBrain, its owners, staff and team are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using, or not being able to use, TrenchBrain or anything it shows, including what other people say and what an AI answer says. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; where that is so, they apply only as far as the law allows.

21Indemnity

You will cover us, including reasonable legal fees, against claims and costs that come from your misuse of TrenchBrain or your breach of these Terms.

22Events beyond our control

We are not liable for failing or delaying anything because of events beyond our reasonable control: outages at hosts, networks, Whop or data sources, attacks, power or internet failure, changes to another platform’s rules, natural disasters, war or government action.

23Governing law and disputes

  • Governing law: the law of Florida, USA applies to these Terms, without its conflict-of-law rules.
  • Arbitration: disputes are settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except claims that can be brought in small claims court.
  • Class action waiver: you agree not to take part in a class action against us.
  • EU consumers: if you live in the EU, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country apply to you, and you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of that country.

24Privacy and your rights in the EU and UK

How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy. If GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you have the rights it lists there: to see, correct, delete, restrict and move your data, and to object to how it is used. The trading activity on public blockchains that TrenchBrain shows is public and is not private under these Terms.

25The rest of the legal bits

  • If part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
  • If we do not enforce part of these Terms, we have not given it up.
  • These Terms, the EULA, the Return and Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us.
