01Licence grant
TrenchBrain grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the TrenchBrain website and its tools (feeds, coin and wallet pages, stream and chat views, Ask, alerts and your paper book) and the data they show (together, the “Tools”) for your own personal research and trading education, for as long as your membership is active. One membership is one seat, for one person.
02What the Tools include
The Tools include software we built and third-party parts we use, such as Whop for sign-in and billing, Twitch and Kick players, embedded X posts and the AI model behind Ask. Each third-party part comes with its own terms, which you also agree to when you use it.
03What you may not do
- Reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent or otherwise make money from the Tools or their data.
- Scrape, crawl or copy the Tools in bulk, or use bots, scripts or other automation to pull data out of them.
- Share your sign-in or let anyone else use your seat.
- Modify the Tools or make anything derived from them.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or take apart any part of the Tools, except where the law or a third-party licence allows it.
- Remove or hide ownership notices.
- Get around the limits, sign-in checks or security of the Tools, including the limit on how many questions you can ask.
- Use the Tools, or what they show, to build a competing product or to train an AI model.
04Third-party tools and content
Some Tools use or show things from other companies and people: Whop, Twitch, Kick, X, chart and explorer sites, an AI model provider, and what people post, say and do. Those companies' terms also apply, and we are not responsible for them or for their content.
05Ownership
The Tools remain the property of TrenchBrain or of the third parties that provide them. This licence gives you the right to use the Tools and no ownership of them. What you put in your paper book and settings stays yours; what other people wrote or said stays theirs.
06Updates
We may update, change or remove Tools, features and sources at any time, with or without notice. Updates are covered by this licence.
07Ending the licence
Your licence ends at once if you break this agreement, and when your membership or your access to TrenchBrain ends. When it ends, you must stop using the Tools.
08No warranty
The Tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
09Limit of liability
Our liability for the Tools is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. For third-party tools, liability may also be governed by the third party’s terms.
10Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrenchBrain, its affiliates and the providers of third-party tools from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, that comes from your use of the Tools or your breach of this agreement.
11Governing law
This agreement is governed by the law of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are settled as set out in the Terms of Service.
12Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement to reflect changes in the law, in our service, or for other important reasons. If you keep using the Tools after a change, you accept the new terms.
